January Book Groups

Wednesday, January 4 at 5:30pm - The Let's Read Romance Book Group will meet at the Clarendon store. . This month's, we're reading any Winter holiday-themed romance.

Wednesday, February 1 - field trip to the Kalamazoo 10 theater to see "One for the Money."

Open to everyone. Bring a snack. Bring a friend. Bring your love of happy endings!

Thursday, January 19 at 6:30pm - Join the Science Fiction Book Group at the Clarendon store as we discuss Philip Palmer's Artemis.     Join us!

Space for Book Groups

If you have a book group (or are starting one) and are looking for community space to hold your meetings, contact our stores to discuss available spaces, dates and times.

Special notes:

The Science Fiction/Fantasy Writers Group is meeting twice monthly. Contact John at Kazoo Books if you are interesting in joining.

Book groups that use our facilities are charged a small fee (maximum of $15), which is used to pay utilities (we have kitchens at both stores) and to help fund a rotating list of charities in the greater Kalamazoo area.

Note: "Foodies" cost money and require a reservation.  Call Kazoo Books at 269-553-6506 to reserve a spot. Vegetarian fare is available at all these events.  Foodies make great "date" nights.
